Gates
Passing balls through cones
- 
      
        
          
        
      
      - Partners take 2 disc cones and create a gate about 3 ft. apart 
- Each partner stands at one side of the gate 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - 1 Ball for Each Pair 
- Disc cones 
 
- 
      
        
      
      Pass through the gate without touching the cones 
- 
      
        
      
      - Pair passes the ball through their gate, trying not to let the ball touch the cones. 
- Players begin 12-15 feet apart depending on ability level and understanding of the exercise. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - Increase/decrease gate size or distance of pass 
- 1 touch passing if applicable - use of both feet. 
- Add a defender (coach) to apply some pressure. 
 
- 
      
        
      
      - Use a soft first touch - cushion the ball, don't stop it.
